A proud product of the University of Stellenbosch, Keagan qualified with a Bachelor of Accounting and has since gathered extensive work experience in sales, finance, management and logistics. Before joining Frisch Consulting, he was the international sales manager for Fry Group Foods, a global market leader in frozen vegan foods. Keagan is passionate about solving problems and working with our partners to ensure everyone in the supply chain benefits, most importantly the end user.
A successful lifelong entrepreneur, Rob has accumulated an impressive network of business associates along the way, and has spent the last 30 years working in food production specifically. His experience is the cornerstone on which our distribution network has been built. He is passionate about working with our partners, building new routes to market and sourcing new products and solutions.
Despite starting out as a professional rugby player by trade, Troy always remained an agricultural enthusiast at heart. Now he gets to live his dream off the sports field, as Head of Operations. Troy ensures that productivity levels remain streamlined, efficient, cost effective and that the service stays world class.
After a successful career as a Springbok, Ray began carving out a successful career as a businessman. He is passionate about health, sustainability and business development. He embodies everything that we at Frisch Consulting stand for and therefore makes a natural brand ambassador who is actively involved in improving our solutions and route to market. Having grown up on a farm in the Karoo, Wicus has always been passionate about agriculture. With his farming background and love for working with people, he brings a unique perspective to our team. Holding a Bachelor’s Agriculture degree and a Postgraduate diploma in Agronomy, from the University of Stellenbosch, Wicus has gained valuable experience specialising in fertilizer and agricultural chemicals. Throughout his career, Wicus has always been a big believer in sustainable agriculture and the value it adds to farming practices. With his expertise and experience in agriculture, Wicus is a valuable asset to our team. His passion for sustainable agriculture and his ability to work well with people make him an excellent addition to our family and team
